Location
The property is located a few hundreds yards from the A56, which is a direct route from the M60, junction 17 or from Manchester city centre.
As you drive into Crescent Grove, bear left and the property is situated at the bottom of the hill, on the left.
Please use the parking space directly in front of the house.
Additional free on-street parking can be found on Crescent Avenue, just before you turn into Crescent Grove.
There is a bus stop on the A56, a few hundred yards from the property, which is served by the Greater Manchester Bee Network - bus numbers 97, 98 and 99 stop here.
The closest tram stop is Prestwich tram stop, located a mile away in Prestwich Village.
